A manufacturing corporation and legacy brand doing more than $1B+ in annual revenue enlisted the help of LANC to expand its corporate communications practice.

In that time, LANC has helped the Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team launch a company-wide initiative focused on thought leadership, partnerships, community and education, and employee engagement.

The project started with a framework and has grown into three strategic industry partnerships; our team has hosted three industry events (including events that got the company in front of more than 100 decision makers and potential high-dollar customers); we have created viral moments for executive thought leaders on social media; and our work with media has yielded opportunities with the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and key industry publications.

A manufacturing company hired LANC to overhaul its commercial social media channels. The previous agency’s results had plateaued, so LANC was brought on to bring a new perspective and proactive strategy to social media management and advertising.

In the first six months of LANC’s takeover, key engagement metrics improved, including post shares, reactions & likes, and comments. These metrics matter because they impact the algorithms on social platforms and make the client’s content more discoverable. LinkedIn alone saw more than 25% follower growth during that time, which is vital for a B2B business, and LinkedIn advertising served as an engagement touchpoint on millions of dollars in revenue. 

Additionally, LANC worked with the client to create viral social media moments at events that reached thousands of people, generated shares at a rate hundreds of times higher than standard posts, and introduced new content types to the client’s team that had not been tested previously.

A technology client hired LANC to create a brand strategy and help them launch a new website in August 2023. The client’s original website experienced a major crash in organic keyword rankings and traffic around March 2023. In response, they decided to overhaul their website and build a marketing practice from the ground up. The business had thrived on referrals for more than 20 years and was ready to grow.

Since then, the client has been able to focus their messaging, develop key sales enablement materials, and run demand generation activities in partnership with LANC that have gotten them in front of more than 50 high-dollar sales prospects. Their social media follower count has grown 250% in the last two years and generated more than 380,000 organic impressions in 2024. 

Additionally, the number of new users visiting the website doubled between 2023 and 2024—all organically—and has steadily grown over time, compared to the previous website.
